  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review product details carefully before placing your order. In case of damaged or incorrect items received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at businessbilquis@gmail.com. We will review each case individually.

6. Consultations

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
  • Consultations provide guidance and recommendations, not medical advice or diagnosis.
